For all Fingerprinting appointments, bring the following:

Bring your current, non-expired government issued photo ID:

-- State Drivers License

-- State issued ID

-- Valid Passport

(only one form of ID is needed, no photocopies or pictures of ID accepted)

2. Social Security Number (just know the number as it's required for your submission - we don't need your card)

3. Personal Information (Name, address, phone, email)

4. Employer Information (Name, address, phone, email

5. Reason for Fingerprinting

6. Any documents you've been provided for fingerprinting

We supply x2 FD258 cards with every appointment, additional cards printed for a fee

Do you provide mobile fingerprinting?

We can provide mobile fingerprinting at your location - please contact us to inquire and make arrangements.

Do you do ink or Live Scan fingerprinting?

We provide both ink fingerprinting and live scan fingerprinting - also known as digital or biometrics or electronic fingerprinting. If you are not sure which one you need, we can help you figure that out.

I am not sure if I need ink or live scan, how do I know?

Do you provide live scan and fingerprinting for other states such as California DOJ, Florida, Illinois, or other states?

We sure do! We can run fingerprints and background checks for all 50 United states! Including DOJ FBI Federal Background checks.

I am a traveling Nurse RN, LPN, LVN and use my license in multiple states, can I get printed for other states?

Yes, we can ink print or print to card for all 50 states, including the non-compact states - Alaska, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New York and Oregon. We can do prints for multiple states. Traveling nurses may be interested in taking advantage of our retention of digital fingerprints as to not to have to do prints again should you practice in a non-compact state in the future.
